How do I get product photos for my order?

Email [email protected] with your wholesale order number or the styles you are considering. We’ll help you find the available product photography.
Prepare your request
Include your wholesale order number, store name and the email address where you want to receive the photos. If you only need certain styles, list their SKUs. We will check the existing images for those products and reply with the files or next steps.
Product photos on the collection page opens a prepared email to our team. Your request is sent when you send that email.
Several orders or no order yet?
You can use the same email address for several orders. List each order number clearly so we can match the styles correctly. If you have not ordered, tell us which SKUs you are considering and how you plan to use the photos. Requests are reviewed by our team.
When the files arrive
Follow any download deadline shown in our email. If you receive a ZIP, extract it and check the SKU folders before adding images to your store. A photo request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
