# What should I check before using photos in my store?

Match each image to the exact product and confirm the intended use with us when requesting assets. Receiving a file is not a blanket licence for every use.

## Describe where the images will appear

Tell us whether you need images for product listings, social posts, paid advertising, printed materials or a marketplace. Ask us to confirm any usage restrictions, especially where model imagery, editing or another platform’s requirements are involved.

## Preserve the product information

Use the correct SKU, variant and set contents alongside each image. Do not present a multi-piece set photograph as if every pictured piece is included with a single item. Check the final crop so clasps, proportions or important included components are not misleading.

Ask before altering product colors, removing elements, adding claims or using images to represent a different product.

## Write accurate listings

Use confirmed material, dimensions and care details for the specific style. A photograph cannot establish metal composition, waterproof suitability or allergy safety. For missing facts, send the SKU and the question before publishing your listing.
