# How do I confirm ring sizes and necklace lengths?

Updated September 20, 2026 · For stockists

Use measurements and the exact variant, rather than the apparent scale in a photograph. Ask us to confirm anything missing before ordering.

## Rings

Record the inside diameter in millimeters of a ring that fits the intended finger, or the finger circumference. Keep the measurement method and the requested style together when asking for a size recommendation. Measure at a normal hand temperature; wider bands can feel different from slim ones.

Adjustable styles have limits. Do not assume every adjustable ring fits every customer or that repeated bending is appropriate.

## Necklaces, bracelets and anklets

Check the base length and extender separately, plus any pendant dimensions. A necklace’s position depends on the wearer and pendant drop. For reference, 16 inches is 40.6 cm, 18 inches is 45.7 cm and 20 inches is 50.8 cm.

## Ask a question we can verify

Send the SKU, selected size or finish, the measurement you need and its units. For a set, name the component as well. If an order depends on a specific measurement, wait for confirmation before buying.
