# How do I reorder the exact same style?

Use the SKU and variant from your previous order, rather than matching a product by photograph alone.

## Bring the original order details

Find the original order number, SKU, finish, size and quantity. Search the catalog using the SKU. Compare the available options carefully: a similar name or image can represent a different size or finish.

## If the style is missing

Email the original order number and SKU, the quantity you want, and when you need it. We can check whether the style is still available or discuss alternatives. An old order or saved edit does not establish current availability.

For a component from a set, send the set SKU and the component name. The set code alone may not identify the single item to replenish.

## Confirm the new order

Recheck current prices, minimums and shipping terms before ordering. Previous pricing and delivery arrangements do not automatically carry over to a reorder. If continuity matters, ask about any changes to the exact style before purchasing.
