## Simple daily habits

Apply perfume and lotions before putting on jewelry and let them dry. Gently wipe pieces after wear and store them separately in a dry pouch or lined box. Avoid abrasive polishes and harsh chemicals on plated finishes.

## Check before recommending water exposure

Do not assume that guidance for a metal also applies to the stones, pearls or other components in a piece. Confirm the style’s instructions before recommending swimming, showering, soaking or a cleaning machine.

## Build a reliable product record

Keep confirmed materials, finish, dimensions and care notes with the SKU in your store records. If a detail is missing or two descriptions disagree, ask us before repeating the claim to customers. This is particularly important for waterproof, nickel-free and allergy-related wording.
