# Who do I contact for a large order or purchasing outside Faire?

Contact us directly at info@stylr.us. Tell us what you would like to buy, the quantities and destination, and we can discuss an appropriate ordering arrangement.

## Send a clear purchasing brief

* Store or business name and your contact details.
* Product SKUs or set names, including sizes and finishes.
* Quantity per style and whether you expect repeat purchases.
* Delivery country and postal code.
* Your preferred arrival date and any packing or documentation requirements.

If you are still choosing, send your saved SKU list and explain which details you need help confirming.

## Confirm the arrangement before payment

Pricing, minimum quantities, stock, lead times, shipping, payment and after-sales terms will need to be confirmed for your enquiry. A larger quantity does not automatically establish a discount, credit term or guaranteed delivery date.

Wait for the agreed order details and payment instructions before paying. If the purchase is made outside Faire, its platform payment terms and return benefits do not automatically carry over.

## Already placed an order on Faire?

Keep payment, cancellation and after-sales requests for that order within Faire’s process. Email us with the Faire order number if you need product information or help understanding the next step.
